The Genesis Elite Academy was created to develop the technical foundation and skills of our younger (under age 10) soccer players. Our structured Player Development program concentrates on building each players Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological foundation in an age appropriate way encouraging creativity. We separate players by age and skill level to better meet the needs of each individual child. This will better prepare them for the competitive environment and future transition to a Genesis Elite Competitive (U11 – U18) team.
Our Elite Academy coaches are dedicated to individual player development, personalized training, parent feedback, communication and involvement. Genesis Elite Academy Coaches strive to build the “Love of the Game” in each player at a young age and look to make training sessions enjoyable, educational and fun. We strive to build a club focused on strong family values and goals.
Elite Academy Training Sessions are open to ALL Players, including children that are new to the sport.
The Genesis Elite Academy Program includes the following goals and objectives:

A fun, structured environment where boys and girls can work to improve their overall technical soccer skills with guidance from coaches and trainers.

A team approach that is age specific and committed to the player’s long-term growth. Wins and Loses are not a measurement of team success

A club philosophy that is totally focused on player development, education and evaluation.

A program that allows parents to participate and enjoy spending quality time with their children, while learning the fundamentals about the game of soccer and its benefits
- Most importantly, we have FUN. We have high expectations for our players. Players who enjoy what they are doing will work harder to achieve their goals.
